Toxic relationships are a term almost everyone knows and many people have already experienced. LOTA herself has had several experiences with this topic and has always noticed how many others feel the same way. While writing the song, she had the idea to do a survey on Instagram and ask her followers. From the many responses, she then picked out individual parts and turned them into a spoken word piece.
